Conditions upon donating, I agree to the following conditions:

1. My donation is given freely out of goodwill to support Casa Gorordo Museum’s efforts to promote conservation, enjoyment and awareness of Cebuano culture and heritage.
2. I do not, in any way, expect any financial or other forms of return from Casa Gorordo Museum with this donation.
3. I understand that my donation does not give me any right or privilege to control or influence the curatorial or enterprise directions of Casa Gorordo Museum.
4. I understand that some of the information, content, activities or projects produced or conducted by Casa Gorordo Museum may not be to my complete liking.
5. I am aware that the donation I give to Casa Gorordo Museum will be received officially by the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI), which is the owner and administrator of Casa Gorordo Museum.
6. I am aware that I am entitled to receive a Deed of Donation for the donation I give to Casa Gorordo Museum upon request. *
7. I am aware that electronic copies of the RAFI annual report and other communication from Casa Gorordo Museum are available to me upon request.
